As part of the placements program at Central Queensland University, there are many apprenticeships and traineeships offered. Both of these programs offer the opportunity for structured training combined with the benefit of paid employment. These apprenticeships and traineeships are nationally accredited qualifications. The traineeships are one to two years in duration, while apprenticeships are three to four years. There are close to sixteen different courses available with apprenticeship and traineeship possibilities.
