QS Rankings

Because this school is moderately selective, a strong academic record will almost certainly ensure your acceptance. An SAT score of 1370 or an ACT score of 31 or higher almost guarantees admission. Because the institution admits 68.6% of all candidates, being much above average increases your admission rate to nearly 100%.

The remainder of your application is largely irrelevant if you can earn a high SAT/ACT score. You must still complete the other application criteria, and your GPA should be close to the school's average of 4. To get accepted, though, you won't need scintillating extracurriculars or breath-taking letters of recommendation. You may get admitted only on the basis of your academic performance.

Students who live on campus have numerous opportunity to improve their grades, form new friendships, take advantage of unique opportunities, and become involved in the dynamic Carolina community.

Lavanya

I went to the University of South Carolina for a brief period and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's one of the best universities in the United States, and with its diverse student population, there is not much you can't do at USC! The campus itself is beautiful, modern and spacious with great parking rules....the dorms are also gorgeous.
